We make every effort to accurately display and describe all artwork, prints, and products. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and subject to prior sale. Availability may change without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, money orders, and other secure payment methods as available at checkout. Orders may also be placed by phone during business hours.

5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only to California state residents, at rates determined by applicable city and county regulations.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are based on the size of the largest item in your order. Box sizes and shipping details are listed on each product page.
We make every effort to combine multiple items into one shipment when possible to reduce shipping costs.
Prints are shipped flat in specially designed protective packaging. We ship via UPS, USPS, or other trackable carriers.
International shipping is available. Actual shipping charges plus a processing fee may apply. Please contact us for details.
Expedited shipping options (Next Day or Second Day) may be available upon request for an additional charge.
7. Returns & Refunds
CDWisingerArt.com offers a money-back guarantee on all items.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
8. Commissions
Commissioned artwork is accepted on a limited basis and subject to availability, pricing, size, and timeline agreements.
Specific terms for commissions will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
9. Framing
We may offer framing options for select standard-size pieces. Custom or special-size framing may require additional time and cost.

10. Resale & Use of Artwork
Artwork purchased from CDWisingerArt.com may not be reproduced, resold with reproduced images, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
Use of CDWisinger artwork images on third-party platforms (including online marketplaces or advertisements) requires prior written authorization.
